Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information Frame Lock processes when you create an account, buy a subscription, build an image-editing prompt or use an invited private-preview feature.
Information we process
We process your account email, authentication identifiers, subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, prompt-usage records and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Stripe processes payment-card and billing information. Frame Lock does not receive or store your complete card number.
Uploaded media and prompts
Images and instructions you submit are transmitted to the service’s AI providers to create the requested text prompt and, when Frame Render image rendering is used, the requested image edit. Ordinary prompt builds do not intentionally save uploaded images, generated prompts or generated image files in the customer database. Temporary technical processing occurs while a request is completed. Download your image before leaving the result page.
Invited Scene Lock testers may upload short videos and optional image references. These files are placed in private storage for analysis and scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. The resulting transcript, objective breakdown, generation prompt and contact sheet may be retained in the tester's account so the production pack can be displayed.
Why we use information
Information is used to provide accounts, process subscriptions, enforce usage allowances, prevent abuse, monitor AI costs, troubleshoot failures and meet legal or accounting obligations. Generation and analysis metadata may include the model, output size, status, provider request identifier, token usage and processing stage.
Service providers
Frame Lock relies on service providers for authentication and databases, payment processing, hosting and AI processing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and your choices
Account, subscription and transaction records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet security, tax, accounting or legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible account information through the support contact.
