Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your sign-in method and must not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits.

You must have the rights, permissions and appropriate consent to use every image or video you upload. Do not use Frame Lock for unlawful impersonation, harassment, fraud, deceptive endorsements, infringement or other activity that violates another person’s rights.

Frame Lock Pro is a recurring monthly subscription charged through Stripe. The founding plan includes 100 successful prompt builds per billing month and a 15-build rolling hourly safety limit. Image rendering includes a separate allowance of 30 images per calendar month and a 5-image rolling hourly limit. Unused allowances do not roll over. Limits and the current price are shown before checkout.

You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

AI-generated prompts, images and video analyses can vary and may require revision. Private beta features, allowances and supported models may change or be withdrawn and are not included in the paid plan unless explicitly stated at checkout. Frame Lock does not guarantee a particular result from any AI model. The service may be changed, interrupted or suspended for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

You remain responsible for reviewing prompts and resulting images, complying with the rules of any image-generation service you use and ensuring your final work is lawful and suitable for its intended purpose.
